Disclaimer:All orders made between October 1st and December 31st will not be shipped until after Jan 15th or product has been paid in full. This period is for finishing your beef to ensure high quality marbling and complete dry aging once the animal has been processed. Once your order has been placed you will receive several emails to keep you updated on your beef and allow you to plan for your delivery.

  • Steaks

    2" thick Filet Mignon. 1 1/4" Ribeye, Sirloin, New York Strip steaks. All steaks are sold, 2 steaks to a pack; 10-12 steaks will come as 5-6 packages.

  • Ground Beef

    Ground beef comes in our select 85/15 blend for great flavor without all the fat. All ground beef comes in 1 lb. packages

  • Osso Buco

    Osso Buco, better known as beef shank, refers to the cut of meat taken from the leg of the cow, including the bone it surrounds.

  • Aging and Packaging

    Each beef is hung and aged a minimum of 21 days for optimum flavor and maximum tenderness.

    Every cut is shrink wrapped to preserve quality and freshness.

  • Tri Tip

    The tri-tip steak has become increasingly popular because of its superior flavor. The tri-tip steak is cut from the tri-tip roast, of the bottom sirloin. This select cut of meat equals such flavorful steaks as the ribeye. The tri-tip has excellent marbling, creating a very tender piece.

  • Skirt Steak

    The skirt steak is a unique steak cut bursting with flavor. Rich and bold, it's the perfect choice for fajitas, tacos, steak salads, or your choice of stir-fry. This beef cut is less tender than other popular steaks but makes up for it with versatile serving and easy prep for a busy family.
