Disclaimer: All orders made between October 1st and December 31st will not be shipped until after Jan 15th or product has been paid in full. This period is for finishing your beef to ensure high quality marbling and complete dry aging once the animal has been processed. Once your order has been placed you will receive several emails to keep you updated on your beef and allow you to plan for your delivery.
